Pierre Laborie


Pierre Laborie was, from 2001 to 2007, CEO of ENTREPOSE Contracting, a company specializing in the design and implementation of complex Industrial projects in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. He previously served as CEO and later Chairman of EPTM, a company specializing in Offshore O&G construction projects.

Jean Claude Bourdon


Jean-Claude Bourdon founded DIETSWELL in January 2000. He has over thirty years of experience in the drilling industry. Bourdon started his career in 1979 with SCHLUMBERGER working in Iraq, Indonesia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Libya. He later joined FORASOL-FORAMER where he became General Manager of their drilling subsidiary in Gabon. Prior to establishing DIETSWELL Bourdon was CEO of HORWELL, a well engineering company focused on the then-innovative horizontal and slim hole drilling techniques.

Dominique Michel

Executive Vice President

Dominique Michel has over forty years of experience in the offshore O&G industry. Prior to joining DIETSWELL in 2007 Michel served as Chairman and C.E.O. of DORIS Engineering, where he developed the company’s portfolio of expertise in deep offshore and subsea technologies and applications. Michel recently served as President of the GEP (French Council for Petroleum Companies) and is a prominent member of its CITEPH program, which finances O&G research and innovation in the field of E&P services. Michel was awarded the Emile Girardeau Scientific Prize by the French Marine Academy in 2002, and is also a recipient of the French Legion of Honour. Since joining DIETSWELL, Michel has overseen the transformation of our rig design department into a full-fledged engineering unit providing customized and turnkey offshore drilling solutions to O&G operators from Africa to Asia.

Fabian Simonet

Chief Financial Officer

Fabian Simonet joined DIETSWELL as Chief Financial Officer in 2006. Simonet's first task was to prepare the DIETSWELL IPO on ALTERNEXT. He thereafter played a central role in structuring the financial organization of the company managing the implementation of cost control, financial reporting and budgetary tools to ensure the company's compliance to regulatory requirements, as well as coordinating DIETSWELL's financial communication. Simonet started his career with FORBES MARSCHALL in India, and later worked with HEWLETT PACKARD and SOCIETE GENERALE Corporate & Investment Banking in France . He holds a Master in International Trade from University of Grenoble, a BA in Bank & Finance and International Economy from the University of Caen and Manchester Metropolitan University respectively.

Jean-François Fourt

Jean-François Fourt is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Truffle Capital. He now sits on the Board of several companies, where his valuable experience as a former Silicon Valley Entrepreneur is widely put to use. Fourt has also served as an Advisor to ABN Amro and several other Fortune 500 companies over the past several years. Fourt holds an MBA from San Francisco State University, and Engineering and Masters Degree in Biochemistry from the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse.

Daniel Valot

Daniet Valot was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Technip from 1999 to 2007. Prior to joining Technip, Valot held high ranking executive positions with TOTAL, where he served as President of Exploration & Production and on the Executive Committee from 1995 to 1999. He currently serves as Director of several other O&G companies and is a member of the Supervisory Board of CGG Veritas.

Jean-René Grignon

Jean-René Grignon served as Financial Director of PERRODO Group for several years. While at PERRODO he sat on the Board of the Group’s various subsidiaries including KELT ENERGY, TECHFOR and NOC. J. Grignon recently served as Deputy-Chairman of RAPEXCO, a manufacturer of furniture and housewares, in Vietnam.
